Katelyn Schmittle and Nat Rojas built the Kat Nat Team around preparation, honest communication, and follow-through. Their work spans buying, selling, and real estate investing, giving clients a grounded view of both the personal and financial sides of a move.
Both call Maryland home and know that no two clients—or properties—need the same plan.
Meet Katelyn and Nat
Katelyn Schmittle
Real estate agent & investorKatelyn has been a licensed real estate agent since 2020. Her background in real estate investing gives her another lens when looking at a property—from the details of the home to value, potential, and what makes sense for the client.
Organized by nature, she keeps transactions moving and makes sure the small pieces don’t get lost along the way. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit and putting a good system in place—at home or in business.
Nat Rojas
Real estate agent & investorNat began his real estate career in 2018 as a buy-and-hold investor, building experience in Baltimore City and the BRRRR strategy before earning his real estate license in 2022.
Born and raised in Maryland, he combines local knowledge with an investor’s perspective. His years as an NCAA ice hockey player shaped a direct, disciplined approach; away from real estate, you’ll usually find him at the gym or trying a new food spot.
